What's the difference between
How do I know what size to order for Handmade sets?
a. If you are not sure about your size, and the best way to find your size is to order our 'sample sizing' packs. The sample pack have one of each size nail so you can find your perfect fit before ordering. Not to mention it's only $0.99!!! Please simply purchase a sample size pack along with your handmade set order and leave us a note that you need to confirm your size first. We'll send you a sample size kit first to confirm your size.
b. You may measure your own nail and find your size from our picture guide. Check our Size Chart page for more info. Also, we recommend selecting a Full Set (20 nails) for your first order if you aren't confident of measuring your nails! It's better to spend a few $$$ more than to risk disappointment!
c. The size info is only needed for Handmade sets. If you are planning on ordering Instant Luxury Acrylic, Instant Glam or Dazzle sets, no need your size info as it already comes as a full set of 24 tips (all sized differently to ensure you get your correct size)
What type of nail adhesive shall I use and how long does it last?
Nail Glue- Can stay on for up to 1-2 weeks. Make sure to follow the correct nail prep process to insure long lasting wear.
Nail Adhesive tabs- Can stay on for up to 1-2 days. It's perfect way to wear it temporarily and easy to remove/ reusable!
*Try to use both together for the long lasting wear and to prevent from popping off by itself randomly.
Are your nails reusable?
Yes, all of our press-on nails are reusable if you
take good care of them wearing and during removal process! If you
prefer nail glue, we would suggest purchasing an inexpensive electric
nail file so you can gently buff away any built up glue on the back of
the nails to clean up before you reuse it.
My press on nails won't stay on and keep popping off. What can I do?
Proper nail preparation before applying press-on nails is the key!!!
Make sure to file/cut your nails short, push your cuticles back and buff
the nail bed with buffer. Clean throughly with alcohol wipes to make
sure there's no dust/oil on your natural nail bed. Once you have done
this prepping steps, apply your press-on nails and avoid water contact
for at least 2-3 hours. It's important to avoid water contact until the
glue is completely dried.

All nails are 100% custom, order to made! (except for the Ready-to-ship sets and nail accessories):
Ready to ship items: 1-4 days
Handmade nail sets: 2-3 weeks (Pls
note this is only an estimated time, it can be changed due to current
workload. Please be aware that your order may be shipped sooner but can
certainly take longer as well.)
If you need it faster, we offer "Rush Order"
option which will expedite your order to 1-2 week instead of 2-3 weeks.
If you need it by certain date, please send us message to let us
know! And all Ready-to-ship sets ship within 1-4 days!
What's your shipping time?
We ship all orders with USPS and ship from Los
Angeles, CA. *Please note that process time does NOT include shipping
time. Again, current process time for all handmade sets is 3-4 weeks. We
can not guarantee actual delivery date as once we shipped your orders
it's out of our hand and handle by shipping carriers.
US First Class Mails- 1-5 days
US Priority Mails- 1-3 days
International Express Mails with DHL Express- average around within 3 business days
a. Canada 1-2 business days
b. UK 2-3 business days
c. Australia 3-4 business days

International Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
LOST PACKAGE: The
Nailest is not responsible or obligated to replace or refund packages
delivered to the address provided at checkout. You can inquire about
your package with your local post office. Sometimes they mark packages
as delivered but hold on to them if they weren't able to find a safe
spot. Also, allow up to 7 days to see if the package shows up. (actually
about 75% of the time, the package shows up after a few days later)
Cancellations & Returns?
We accept cancellations within 24 hrs of purchase.
Any custom products CAN NOT be returned. Therefore you need to be
certain that any slight variations occurring between the actual color,
and the representation on our website, will be acceptable. Please be
sure to order right size as do not take any responsibility if the wrong
size nails are ordered.
Any Instant Glam/Ready to ship items can
be returned within 30 days from receiving the order. Please contact us
for more detail. info@thenailest.com. We do not offer free return unless the product was damaged or incorrect items have been sent.
