Shipping policy

We will do our best to get your order despatched the working day after receiving it. After that, shipping times can vary but should usually be as follows:

United Kingdom

2-4 working days (standard, untracked)

1 working day (express, tracked)

Europe

Up to 4 weeks (tracked)

Rest of World

Up to 6 weeks (tracked)

Please remember that these shipping times are estimates and are based on the Royal Mail's guidance. If you still haven't received your order after 2 weeks (in the UK), after 4 weeks (in Europe), or 6 weeks (Rest of World), please contact us and we'll see if we can work out what might have happened.

International customers should be advised that your package may experience customs delays and import charges. These are unfortunately outside of our control.

Please also be advised that all international parcels are now being sent via a tracked service, due to parcels otherwise becoming lost within the international postal system.

If you need your order to arrive urgently, contact us and let us know and we'll try our best to make it happen.

In case the Customer feels the delivery is delayed in such a way that they no longer wish to fulfill the purchase, it is the Customer’s responsibility to cancel the order. In case the order has been dispatched, the Customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the Customer has received confirmation from Henotix either by e-mail.

If a product has been discontinued, Henotix has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the Customer. Henotix will notify the customer if a replacement or equivalent product is available.
