Henotix filter cartridges are designed to fit the HX2 hot water dispenser and most standard water filter jugs available in the UK and EU, as well as USA.

Each cartridge lasts up to one month or filters a maximum of 180 litres, depending on usage and local water quality. A pack of three provides up to three months of clean, filtered water.

Before using the cartridge, immerse it fully in water for 12 minutes and rinse it under the tap 2 to 3 times. The water may appear black at first — this is normal and caused by activated carbon particles.

No, we recommend discarding the first two rounds of filtered water. The cartridge is ready for drinking use after the third filtration.
